Theresa grew up in what is euphamistically called “Greater Chicagoland” and moved to Los Angeles as soon as she could, fulfilling a life-long dream of living in a big city far away from her small town past.
Theresa is a lot of things – a techie, a trekkie, a gadget freak, a collector of old books, and, in the last ten years she’s gone down the troubled route of knitting — which led to dyeing, which led to natural dyes, which led to spinning… which has not yet led to weaving, but probably will. She loves Star Wars, Firefly, Babylon 5, Star Trek, medieval history, costuming, fairy tales, modern mythology, and has an unhealthy obsession for books about mercenaries and battles and space and war.
She has dogs and plays video games — in fact, she’s worked in the game industry for seven years, starting as a QA tester on mobile games and eventually working on kid’s MMOs/virtual worlds for Disney and Nickelodeon. Theresa is usually a project manager/producer-type, but has recently given up all that glory for something a little more creative: her own web design company. At the very least she has more time to play video games until all the business rolls in!
